Welcome to French Bleue. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from French Bleue, whether online or by appointment. By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
French Bleue offers a curated collection of French antiques, vintage décor, furnishings, and European goods. Most shopping is conducted by private appointment at Green Pastures in Apex, North Carolina, with a limited selection of products available for online purchase.
Many French Bleue products are antique, vintage, handmade, previously owned, or one of a kind. Age, wear, patina, variation, repairs, imperfections, and other signs of use are part of the history and character of these pieces and are not considered defects.
We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, measurements, and condition details. Colors and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Customers are encouraged to review all available photographs and descriptions and request additional information before purchasing. Customers shopping by appointment should inspect each piece before completing their purchase.
Because many products are one of a kind, availability is limited. Adding an item to an online cart does not reserve it. A purchase is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.
Occasionally, an item may sell by appointment before online inventory is updated. If an unavailable item is purchased online, French Bleue will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax, shipping, delivery, freight, or other fulfillment charges will be shown at checkout or communicated before the purchase is finalized.
French Bleue reserves the right to correct pricing, description, or inventory errors. If an error affects an order that has already been submitted, we will contact the customer before completing or fulfilling the order.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing by French Bleue.
All purchases from French Bleue are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds for changes of mind, size, color, condition, fit, or compatibility with a customer’s space.
Please review all photographs, descriptions, dimensions, condition information, delivery requirements, and access measurements before purchasing. For furniture and oversized pieces, customers are responsible for confirming that the item will fit through doorways, stairways, elevators, and its intended location.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Eligible online purchases are subject to a $15 flat-rate standard shipping charge unless a different shipping amount is shown or communicated for the product.
Orders are carefully packed and typically ship within three to five business days. Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside French Bleue’s control.
The $15 flat rate does not apply to furniture, oversized merchandise, unusually heavy pieces, or items requiring specialized packing or handling.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempt may be charged to the customer.
Furniture, oversized pieces, and items requiring specialized handling may require local delivery, freight shipping, white-glove delivery, or customer pickup.
These costs are not included in the listed product price or standard flat-rate shipping unless expressly stated. French Bleue will provide or coordinate a separate delivery or freight quote before fulfillment.
Delivery and freight charges may be paid directly to French Bleue or to a third-party carrier, depending on the arrangement. Delivery timing is determined by carrier availability and will be communicated separately.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and that all measurements, building permissions, elevator reservations, and other delivery requirements have been addressed.
Local pickup is available by appointment only at Green Pastures in Apex, North Carolina. French Bleue will contact the customer after purchase to coordinate a pickup appointment.
Customers should not arrive for pickup without a confirmed appointment. Orders must be collected by the agreed date unless another arrangement has been approved in writing.
Customers are responsible for bringing an appropriately sized vehicle, protective materials, and sufficient assistance to safely load and transport their purchases. French Bleue is not responsible for damage that occurs after an item has been released to the customer or the customer’s representative.
Customers must inspect shipped merchandise promptly after delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported to French Bleue within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
The customer must retain the item, shipping box, packing materials, labels, and all other packaging while the claim is reviewed. Photographs of the item, damage, exterior packaging, interior packaging, and shipping label may be required.
French Bleue will evaluate the information and, when appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to pursue a claim. Refunds, repairs, replacements, or other resolutions are not guaranteed and will depend on the circumstances and carrier determination. One-of-a-kind merchandise may not be replaceable.
Damage reported more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, prices, photographs, inventory, availability, or other content will always be complete or error-free.
French Bleue may update, correct, remove, or modify website content at any time without notice.
All website content, including photographs, product descriptions, written copy, graphics, branding, logos, and design elements, belongs to French Bleue or is used with permission.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from French Bleue.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these terms, the website, or a purchase from French Bleue will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in North Carolina.
