French Bleue offers $15 flat-rate shipping within the contiguous United States for eligible standard-size items.
Most orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is on its way. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Large, exceptionally fragile, heavy or oversized antiques and furnishings are not eligible for flat-rate shipping. These pieces may require local pickup, private delivery or a separate freight quote. When special arrangements are required, French Bleue will contact you before the item is shipped.
Local pickup is available by appointment in Apex, North Carolina. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arranging pickup.
International shipping is not currently available through standard online checkout. Please contact French Bleue before purchasing if you would like to discuss international delivery.
Payments are processed securely through Lightspeed and its authorized payment providers. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the order and delivery location.
If an order arrives damaged, retain the item and all original packaging and contact French Bleue within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label so that we can evaluate the damage and begin a carrier claim.
