Returns or refunds are not offered for variations in color, signs of age, expected wear, scale, fit or a change of mind.
If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged during shipping, contact French Bleue within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain the item and all original packaging and provide clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. Claims submitted after this period or without the original packaging may not be eligible for consideration.
Approved resolutions for shipping damage or fulfillment errors will be determined individually based on the circumstances of the order. Because many French Bleue pieces are one of a kind, an identical replacement may not be available.
