Antique Framed Watercolour Landscape with Distant Church Tower

Antique framed watercolour landscape - a soft, atmospheric view of bare and budding trees beside a pond or flooded meadow, with a distant church tower and rooftops under a pale sky, painted in muted blues, greens and mauves. Set in a distressed silvered / pale-painted wood frame with a ribbed and combed gesso finish. CONDITION - age-appropriate wear: light toning and foxing to the paper and mount, some surface dust; frame with rubbing, knocks and losses to the gesso/finish. NOTE - no clearly legible signature was observed (worth checking in hand, out of the frame); artist and date not confirmed. Frame and sight dimensions to be confirmed.
